SHIPPING POLICY
We carefully pack and ship all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is received damaged or defective.
All items must be returned:
• unworn
• unwashed
• free of stains, odors, makeup marks, or pet hair
• with all original tags and packaging intact
Important:
If an item is returned in unsellable condition — including signs of wear, dirt, damage, or alteration — we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange and send the item back to the customer.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
